"Tutto dorme" means "All asleep". Probably even Commissario Brunetti, the hero of Donna Leon's novels, who usually watches over Venice, is lying peacefully in bed next to his wife, snoring with pleasure.
Venice is an almost mythical city that has been described in famous works over the centuries. As examples I mention Thomas Mann's novel "Death in Venice", the film adaptation of this novel under the title "Morte a Venezia" by director Luchino Visconti, the famous horror thriller "Don't Look Now" by director Nicolas Roeg, as well as the world famous Brunetti novels by writer Donna Leon. I was fascinated by the city from an early age when I was given a plastic gondola from Venice, which I loved a lot. Today, as an adult, I have read all Donna Leon novels and now devote myself artistically to this deeply fascinating city.
